  • Weezer Raids Vaults, Records Xmas Carols
    On the heels of the release of the second volume of Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo's home recordings, the group is now taking a look back into its own vaults. Cuomo tells Billboard the tentatively titled "Odds and Ends" will feature "great songs" which "for some reason didn't make the final cut" for an album.

  • T.I. Fends Off Beyonce, Remains Atop Hot 100
    T.I. starts a fifth non-consecutive week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week with "Live Your Life" featuring Rihanna, but Beyonce is nipping at his heels with two different songs. Her "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" rockets 28-2 after selling 204,000 digital downloads, while "If I Were a Boy" holds at No. 3.

  • Beyonce Starts 'Fierce' Atop Album Chart
    Beyonce scores her third straight No. 1 debut on The Billboard 200 this week as the double-disc "I Am ... Sasha Fierce" shifts a whopping 482,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

  • Madonna Wrapping North American Tour
    Madonna will wrap the North American leg of her Sticky & Sweet tour tonight (Nov. 26) in front of 50,000 people at Dolphin Stadium in Miami. The 28 dates in North America have grossed about $91.5 million and moved about 550,000 tickets, according to tour producer Arthur Fogel, chairman of global music for Live Nation.

  • Guns N' Roses Lawyer Blasts Dr Pepper
    The lawyer for Guns N' Roses and Axl Rose has castigated Dr Pepper, accusing the soda maker of failing to deliver on its promotion to offer free soda in celebration of the band's new album, "Chinese Democracy." Guns N' Roses was never involved in the campaign.
